Main performance features

ONE、Section 01

The board surface uses high-density composite plate, and the side is equipped with waterproof structure, strong and durable.
The wear-resistant transmission wheel is equipped with a spring device to reduce friction with the glass, durable, and prevent glass damage when put on the glass.
Use of frequency conversion transmission motor, stable and efficient.
The LOW-E and coated glass can be automatically identified, and are equipped with an alarm device.

TWO、Section 02

The whole cleaning section adopts the thickened stainless steel box, which is strong and durable.
The cleaning section is equipped with 4 motors, 3 motors drive 6 brush to rotate, stable and efficient.
Three pairs of brushes, soft and hard alternate, can wash single silver, double silver low-e glass.
The universal nozzle, can be thoroughly cleaned without dead corners, equipped with water heating, to ensure the effective cleaning in winter.
The accessories in the cleaning box are made of stainless steel and aluminum to prevent rust and aging and improve the durability.
The bottom of the box adopts double-layer hollow design to avoid water and improve the service life of the bearing.
The stainless steel is connected between the spray pipe of the cleaning box and the inlet pipe to prevent aging.
Cleaning section bearings are installed with seals: upper and lower oil seal and waterproof cover to prevent water and glass dust from entering the bearing.
The drying part is made of aluminum profile wind blade, and the air outlet is very uniform and dense, to ensure that each surface of the glass is effectively blown dry.
Equipped with a 15 kw high-pressure muffler fan, high efficiency and energy saving. The box is equipped with a sound-absorbing device to reduce sound exposure pollution.

THREE、Section 03

Equipped with double motors, can save two pieces of glass.
Accelerate the photoelectric switch, improve the production efficiency.

FOUR、Section 04

Double-layer detection, which can efficiently detect the state of glass after cleaning.
Emergency stop button can solve emergency situation in time; special foot can control glass operation and improve efficiency.
It can adjust the glue depth value manually, and the lower positioning can be manually adjusted to the corresponding glue depth to facilitate the production of home decoration glass.

FIVE、Section 05

Connecting rod positioning device, prevent large glass due to inertia caused by inaccurate positioning, long use will not appear wrong piece.
The beam is equipped with double photoelectric, subsection control, stable and safe.
The pressure wheel is adjustable and flexible and convenient.

SIX、Section 06

The plate pressing frame and plate surface are repeatedly processed to ensure the flatness of the plate surface, and the diagonal error of the glass is within 30 wires.
The plate pressing is controlled by pneumatic or hydraulic, and the synchronous pressing is used to ensure the parallel compression of the two plates. For the hollow glass of different sizes, the compression torque is accurate and fast.
